As we embark on this important journey, we are looking for two passionate Volunteer Outreach Officers to help us engage multicultural communities online and support individuals in accessing our services.

🔹 Role Overview

As a Volunteer Outreach Officer, you will play a key role in our digital community engagement. You will help us connect with people who need support — particularly within migrant and refugee communities — and provide them with a welcoming first point of contact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with multicultural and migrant community groups via platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, and online forums

  • Promote EmpowerLink’s services and programs in culturally sensitive ways

  • Share digital flyers and registration forms, and respond to initial inquiries

  • Assist with client referrals and basic onboarding (with support from the CEO)

  • Track outreach efforts and help build lasting community relationships

🔹 About You

We’re looking for individuals who are:

  • Passionate about inclusion, empowerment, and social impact

  • Friendly, confident communicators with strong interpersonal skills

  • Familiar with social media and online engagement tools

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

  • Multilingual or well-connected within multicultural communities (a bonus!)

EmpowerLink Australia is a newly launched not-for-profit organisation supporting migrants, refugees, youth, and families to build safe, connected, and empowered lives in Australia.

We are looking for two volunteer Corporate Partnerships Leads to help us grow strong, values-aligned partnerships with the corporate sector. This is a unique opportunity to shape a partnerships strategy from the ground up and be part of something meaningful right from the beginning.

🔹 About the Role

In this strategic volunteer position, you will support the CEO to identify, develop, and manage relationships with businesses, foundations, and aligned organisations. Your work will directly support our mission and help secure vital resources to grow our programs and reach.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Research and identify potential corporate and philanthropic partners

  • Develop and present partnership proposals, presentations, and sponsor pitches

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with corporate contacts

  • Support in designing sponsorship packages and campaigns

  • Maintain records of partner pipelines, outreach, and outcomes

  • Contribute to partnership planning, reporting, and strategy

🔹 About You

We’re looking for individuals who are:

  • Passionate about community empowerment, equity, and social change

  • Great communicators — confident in both written and verbal engagement

  • Comfortable building relationships and presenting ideas to external stakeholders

  • Strategic and organised, with the ability to work independently in a remote setup

  • Experienced in corporate engagement, sales, fundraising, or communications (desirable)

  • Enthusiastic about joining a startup-style team and helping shape our journey
